Airtime query
<p>Bought airtime for R100 at 18h00 23/09. By 07h00 following day, balance was 0.00 without making a single call. Called MTN call centre spoke to Swazi ref 1- ********** 0233 who could also not provide any reason or explanation for a zero balance. She promised to escalate but three days later I have not heard any thing. maybe its time to leave MTN after 18 year with them.</p>

Kindly be advised that R100.00 airtime was loaded on the 2016-09-23 at 15:20:19 and this airtime was depleted the same day due to internet charges. Kindly note that there you had multiple sessions running on your device. The reason the session deducted so much is due to all the pending sessions and the size of those sessions. To avoid this from happening you need to clear your browser tabs, restrict your background data and set your device in flight mode for a few minutes and then disable the flight mode to deactivate all running applications
