Airtime Query
HI <br> <br> Can somebody please investigate and let me know why my airtime only lasts for one day???? How on earth is this possible?<br> <br> I created a log below of all transactions yesterday. Without making phone calls my airtime has vanished, my balance is now R0.<br> <br> Please advise.<br> <br> <br> 28 September - 12:40pm (R10 airtime loaded, bought cash)<br> <br> 28 September - 14:00pm (do a balance check, I now have R55 airtime & 10.00MB data suddenly) - why & how does this part happen????? <br> <br> 28 September - 15:18pm - (try to make a call and I am told that I have insufficient airtime)<br> <br> No sms's sent, only used WhatsApp <br> <br> 29 September - airtime balance - R0.00 <br>
