Airtime loaded. Not used. NONE LEFT

Good day. Yesterday I loaded R20 airtime. I then made a call and in no more than 30 seconds I was told I had ONE MINUTE REMAINING. This was to a regular landline number. Today, I loaded R13 airtime to my phone and without making a single call, I now have R0.32c left! This is UNACCEPTABLE! I use data through Afrihost for all my apps etc so this cannot be the cause of it. I have screen shots to prove it. <br> What is going on with MTN???? DAY LIGHT ******* and we must just accept it! Money does not grow on trees for all of us! I have a second job to supplement my income to make ends meet and this job requires that I have a phone to call my clients, now what am I supposed to do?
