Airtime Expiry!!!

ce when does airtime expire on any network??? MTN South Africa is a bunch of *******!!! I loaded R12 airtime on the 4th of July, yesterday it was there and today it's gone!!! *** MTN???? I want my airtime back as it's not your to just take!!!!! I am totally not impressed with the ****ty service you supposedly provide to your customers!!!!
