AIRTIME DISSAPEARED
I recharged my airtime account on Wednesday night, and Thursday morning when I checked my balances I was left with R10.00, I called MTN on 173 about 5-6 times on Thursday, spoke to consultant who logged my complain on Ref no SMC/***, said must call back after two hours will advise me, I called on Thursday and Friday and nobody can tell what's happening, just told me case still open, I called this morning, same story case still open waiting for Technical department, then I need to call again later on, now when I dial 173 I get a message saying I have used up my free 173 service for this month and I must dial an 083 and pay for the call to MTN which I can not get any help with from Thursday...I would really like MTN to sort out my query and get back to me will some results ASAP
