Airtime dispute

I am so frustrated with the incompetence of the call centre agents and their team leaders. My husband bought me 2x airtime vouchers at PnP (21/05/2019) only to find that the last 2 digits of the vouchers were worn out and couldn't load the airtime. He then went back to PnP (next day) to query this voucher, and the teller that assisted him offered to use her cellphone to call mtn and the agent who's name is Fortunate 'tabiso Mojela said he will load the vouchers under my number. He for some reason swapped the last 3 digits of my cellphone number around and loaded the voucher under the incorrect cellphone number. I then called mtn because the voucher was not loaded and wanted to follow up on why its not loaded, and I spoke to Philani who couldn't assist me to load these vouchers as he couldn't trace who the agent was, and requested me to go back to PnP and get the lady's cellphone number. My husband went back again 23/05/2016 to PnP got the cellphone number, and then I called again but obviously its another agent who was clueless , put me on speaker & was chatting to her friends in the background . That really got to me, however, I managed to get through her thick head and explained my situation, she then told me that a manager (Philimon Matsimela) will call me to transfer the other voucher, I only got 1 missed call from MTN and till today there is no follow up on this matter. I believe that service is about resolving issues and its been 7 days since I have been complaining and only to be sent back and forth. Can someone from MTN please compensate my airtime PLEASE...and stop with empty promises...its enough
