Airtime disappears

About R2 is disappearing from my airtime each day. I called MTN call center twice to find out what is deducting my airtime but got no help. The 1st agent told me that Im subscriped to 47941 number and I should sms STOP to end subscription. I did that but airtime kept disappearing and also dialed *141*5# to cancel 1 content services which I knew nothing about. The 2nd agent told me that Im subscriped to Huawei Tech Africa for some VIP things. I have never recieved a call or sms from this company for any services. The agent told me that MTN will not be able to help me. I should dial *141*5# or call the company to cancel my subscription. When I dial *141*5#, there is no content services. If MTN cannot help me, who should help me? Does this mean I should move to another network to avoid disappearance of airtime? MTN gave this company permission to deduct my airtime but cannot stop it if i complain. MTN do suck and do not care about their customers.
