Airtime disappearing

A lady that works for us could not understand why her airtime was just disappearing and she did not know how to contact MTN. She asked me for help and I phoned MTN customer care. The lady on the phone realized that it was not my account but she looked into the matter anyway and helped us out and fixed the issue, Well done MTN and thank you very much. This kind of help is very difficult to find on other networks.
