airtime disappearing
Hi<br> Wow!where do I begin. Mtn has yet again take my airtime without me using it. What they normally do is take your airtime when u haven't even used it. And then you try and call their customer service and you don't get help,their systems are forever offline. I am just waiting for my BIS to expire then I'm leaving the network,I cannot deal with their non-existent customer service anymore.
