airtime disappearing
For the past 2 months if I go onto Whatsapp or Facebook it comes off my airtime & not my data. I have been to Mtn & Altech Autopage and phoned in numerous times. I am a pensioner and a R100.00 airtime in 2 days is a hell of a lot of money to me. Nobody can or wants to help me. Always excuses. My problem is not being resolved. Their service is disgusting.
