Airtime disappearing!!!

<p>I have a pre-paid MTN number and every week I add airtime on the phone and convert to data and keep airtime for emergency calls. And each and every time I decide to call someone, the airtime is GONE-DISAPPEARED!!! As if i actually never put any airtime!!!!! How pathetic and a total ***** you are MTN????!!!! I am sooooo sick and tired of you robbing me!!! Everyime I have TRIED- the key word being TRIED- to call you on either 083173/173 directly, your IVR options are soooo pathetic and NOT user friendly!!! It is ALWAYS a recording???!! Do agents even work at MTN????? Cos I have never had the pleasure of ONE AGENT actually answering the phone!!!!!!!!!!!! Stop robbing me and return my airtime ASAP and change your most stupid IVR as it helps no one for a general enquiry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Contact me directly for the cell number in question as I prefer to use my Vodacom phone so you cannot call on the MTN number as it's not with me,</p>
