Airtime disappeared + very poor service (Princess Thabile is very rude!)

<p>I recently had my airtime balance disappear (at least R60 worth), despite me having an excess of minutes and data on my account.</p> <p>I called in to query this, and spoke to a consultant named Princess Thabile. She started to question me about why I didn't call sooner and started being plain out rude. I asked to be put through to her supervisor, but she just put me on hold for 10 minutes after which I obviously hung up.</p> <p>Her attitude stinks.</p> <p>please can someone resolve my issue for me.</p> <p>I will provide my details privately.</p>
