Airtime disappeared
I'm really sick and tired of this... I want my airtime, i can't take this bad service all the time with my airtime disappearing all the time.. As a loyal customer for years, I'm gatvol with this.. I think it's high time to cancel my contract and go to another network..

Clients device must have lost connection to the wifi and airtime was used for theri connection.
See below results from CDR.
The airtime was used against data connection.

If you were connecting to the Wi-Fi there should not be any cost incurred, but please ensure that the cellular connection is switched off on your device when using the Wi-Fi, else your device may just connect via the cellular network instead of the Wi-Fi which will incur charges.
Please make sure that the device data is switch off when connect to WIFI.
