Airtime Depletion

Extremely unhappy with MTN since November 2016 as R100 of my airtime was depleted within two days despite me having an active data bundle. After a lengthy discussion with the consultant regarding the matter, I was advised that the airtime was used for a daily subscription to an app called AirG, one that I have never subscribed to or used. I then asked to be removed from MTN's marketing list as I thought that maybe I accidently clicked on one of the links sent to me which resulted in me being subscribed to this service. Since then, I have had to remove myself from MTN's marketing list every single day as they continue to send me SMS's that I am not interested in. If this continues, I will gladly change networks as I do not feel valued as a customer nor do I feel safe knowing that my airtime could be depleted at any time with any warning from MTN. I also receive SMS's stating that I am using out of bundle data rates whilst I have an active data bundle, how is this possible or acceptable?
