Airtime & Data disappearing.
The strike at MTN is negatively affecting its customers. My airtime keeps on disappearing. Yesterday I had R115 around 3pm, 15 mins later it was all gone!!! I didn't call anyone, I didn't download anything. Just browsed the internet. This *****ing of airtime and data we noticed with my husband last week Friday. I think this is a crime please can you urgently investigate. Call Center is not taking calls. I presume because of the strike. I will move my account to Vodacom or Telkom can't deal with this abuse. I can't be buying R200 airtime and R150 worth of data every today for WhatsApp and calling one person. Please can someone print me a statement immediately. All my MTN friends and my husband and I are experiencing this theft!
