airtime and megabytes been deducted
My top up package got in on the 12 on the 13 I loaded R15 wen I cheked my balance it was already on R14.81 & my package its still sufficient, thi morning I bought 50 MB(R10) & bought R30 bought 100MB(R15) my remaining balance was R19 with 150MB wen I checkmy balance at 12:33 airtime R0.00 MB 42

We have investigated and pick up the following for the airtime disappearing.
The system reflects the following that you have used content service provider Mira network. The charge if R7.00 and we pick up that you have used then a few times the content provider service take from the airtime. We have logged he request for the service to be removed. We do pick up that you have used the short code *120*321# for banking, every time you select a option on the USD it will charge you R0.20c.
You may use the following USSD code to block the content service providers: *141* 5 # select option written content billing. The system reflect that the internet has been used for the data depleting.
