Airtime and data vanished
On Saturday, 31st October 2015 I bought R180.00 airtime and it vanished and then a few hours later bought R60.00 airtime and it also vanished. Sunday the 1st November 2015 I kept calling 808 and 173 to get assistance on what is happening and I was told that after loading airtime I was on the internet. Now I was shocked because I buy data for internet use so y would I just use internet depleting from my airtime and they could not explain why it was happening. Then the call centre agents kept sending me from pillar to post and transferring me and my calls would always be cut off. I then decided to the Clearwater mall store and explained what was happening hoping for assistant and this guy by the name of Vishal Naidoo was completely rude saying its not an MTN problem that I'm losing airtime its an \apple app"issue and I should have read my terms and conditions and I should have just called 173 because its not a store issue. I found that completely rude as he did not even take his time to listen to my concern. This weekend my 1gig and airtime also vanished and my phone is constantly waiting for the network. My dissatisfaction with MTN's customer service. I'm porting to another network"""

We have noted on the system that on iPhone 6 you have multiple internet connections running. Kindly follow the following steps to help reduce your data usage.
Double click on the circle twice and swipe all the running applications you don't need
Or go to settings, cellular, running applications, off.
Please note that iCloud charges you a lot because it backs up all your applications and also your operating system(I OS9) is forever running.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels
