Airtime and data randomly depleted
This morning I checked my airtime balance and I had approximately R190 airtime and over 70MB of data. At 09:12 I received an SMS to say that my data has been depleted. I then checked my balance and both my airtime and my data had been completely depleted. This makes no sense as I have only used my phone for Whatsapp messages with NO media. My iPhone settings are such that no automatic updates can take place unless it uses wifi because the last time MTN indicated that it may have been an update on my phone. What now is the excuse for taking away my airtime and data? This makes me think that the previous months were in error too. <br> PAY BACK THE MONEY!

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Please note that you need to check if the iCloud back-up option is also off, and CLEAR HISTORY AND WEBSITE DATA on Settings. And also if you go to settings, cellular, all running app disable apps you not using.
