Airtime and Data keeps disappearing,I want my money MTN

The service at MTN is appalling and its agents are useless and rule. Every time i recharge my,they airtime disappears,i have tried numerous times to tell the agents that my internet has been off but they are not listening. I WANT MY MONEY BACK,STOP RIPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF,i work hard for my money,i don`t know what gives you the right to de***** me.This is also an inconvenience for me.
