Airtime and data going missing

Ref: *** I've bought R200 airtime for my sister this morning,,,, but lately whenever she tries to recharge the data and airtime just goes missing,,, her background data is off and data saver is on.... MTN taking from some of their clients to make #remake2020 a success.... you dont even deserve 1 star
