Airtime advance due to *******

I hope this message finds you well. I spoke with an agent they say there's nothing they can do I did send a affidavit but t I find it unfair because I did not ask to be ******,, please assist I'm not happy why should I pay for something I did not do

I am writing to formally report and dispute an airtime advance transaction that was made on my MTN line after my phone was ******.

Details of the Incident:

MTN Number: *** Date of Theft: 17 august 202 Date and Time of Airtime Advance: unknown noticed after sim swap on a prepaid sim card I have already reported the theft at the police station and requested a SIM block and sim swap on . However, I have noticed that airtime was advanced on my account without my consent after the theft occurred. I believe this transaction was made *****ulently by the individual(s) who stole my phone.

I kindly request that MTN investigate this matter and reverse the airtime advance charges Nd I did talk to the ***** department still no help Nd the sim is prepaid
