Airtime
I am very very frustrated and tired of being ********** by mtn.everyday i buy airtime and in the morning i'm left with nothing.i really cannot take it anymore.I need to understand if wether we should better port our numbers to a better network that takes care of its customers because i cannot afford to just lose money like these daily.This is unacceptable!!!

Kindly be advised that the airtime was used up by internet sessions and calls. You do not have any active subscriptions on your line. Always ensure that you avoid having multiple internet pages open and that you close all the pages you are not using. Also note that whatsapp and other social services are chargeable service. You can load BIS on your blackberry 8520 which has uncapped data for browsing valid for 30 days.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
