Airtime

One thing l always make sure l have is mega bites because l don't want my airtime wiped out.<br> I got a shock today seeing that my airtime had gone from +R700 to R126. I didn't understand why because i still had 489mb. so l was very sure it had nothing to do with internet. When l called 808 l was told the 489mb was night only because l got it for free.I always get free msb when l buy data bundles but no body has ever told me that the free ones only work at night.<br> When l do a balance enquiry it shows your total mbs. It does not show how much are free and how much are actually useful. I then drove to MTN head office and got there at 13.10pm and left at 16.11pm.<br> There was no one available to help me because they were all in meetings. i only got attended to after l called 808 and told them lm going to Hello Peter. <br> After 3 hrs l left with no solution for my problem.<br> This is unacceptable!!!
