Airtime
Hi. I'm confused. When I look at my balance it says I have R694.20 for airtime. Don't know where it come from. When I want to phone it said insufficient funds. When I recharge it didn't show any place that I have recharge my account. I twice recharge with R60 but it didn't show on my account. When I want to exchange airtime to data it always say insufficient funds. I never know how many airtime is available except for the R694.20 what I don't know what to do with. Maybe it is some promotion but I don't know how it works. As for now I can't use the phone to phone. If I recharge or not I don't have enough funds. Please help.
