AIRTIME
Loaded R30 airtime and bought Daily MTN datas for R2 but to my surprise after the purchase my balance was R13 so i called the call center and Lerato advised that i must call again after 2hours, called again and spoke to Theodora who advised that some i was on the internet site that took R15 of my airtime and at the same time i received an SMS from MTN advising that i was rewarded wow mtn of R200 airtime plus 100MB datas, m so my question is did i buy this free package of it ws just a reward??? i want my airtime back maan.... call reference number is ***. I switched the data service off when uploading the airtime and switched them on when i received an SMS advising that the datas were active... i am not happy with the service i received from the agents and to make it worse the SUPERVISOR ( MOKGADI) is on lunch so i requested to speak to a TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER for better explanation then Theodora advised that MOKGADI was their supervisor and team leader. and they do not have a MANAGER....

The R30 airtime was loaded on the 13/04/2015 at 11:44. At 11:45 a 1 day data bundle was bought for R2 and was used up on the day. At 11:45 again there was an internet connection where you were charged R14.53. At 12:13 there was a me to u transfer done to an mtn number for R13.47.
The number was credited with a wow bonus for R200 and the data bundles because of an amount that was used for the day.
We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.
