Airg and MTN ****

<p>Hi, i currently received my bill with a content charge i have never seen before and when i call MTN customer care they tell me its a airg content charge of R1 a day which i subscribed for, which i did not. Then they give me a USSD code to unsubscribe but when i go through the prompts it shows i am not subscribed for anything. then i phone back and they tell me there is nothing they can do for me. Then i get a sms saying that i am subcribed to a MTN Play harvest frenzy. then i phone MTN back and again i receive no assistance but quickly given another number to phone***) which i did and they tell me its not there service and MTN has been giving out they number incorrectly. So on to another call to customer care and again they have given me another number. through all of this i am still subscribed for this service from 25 april 2016 and oddly enough i only received a sms a month after i was subscribed ********ly and it is billed trough MTN so it looks like MTN is working with these companys as i have received no assistance from MTN and wonder how much of the subscribution MTN is getting paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am extremely unhappy with the service and the no care attitude from MTN and looking on the net this is not the first time this is happening with MTN but they continue working with ************* companies like AIRG .</p>
