Air Time / Talk time Theft from MTN

<p>I had R170 of air time in my phone. It disappeared. When I call MTN no one can tell me where it disappeared to. I was promised a call from a superior person within 24 hours. I didn’t get that call maybe cause I’m on a Pre Paid and Im not valuable.</p> <p>I also sent a tweet and the person on the other side decided to take a shortcut and tell me that I have other subscriptions that are taking my Air time. What is a use of having a Twitter Customer Care?</p> <p>I need my R170 back along with compensation of staying without Air Time for a weekend.</p> <p>Irate Client that is soon to move to better Network Provider</p> <p>Tshepo</p>
