Air-time missing

Hello Peter

I am very disappointed as I am typing this message, I have recharged with R30's and was left with R18,96 and when I called MTN queiring this I was told I have a subscription called "Serge"

This is not the first time this is happening and always get told the same thing. I do not share my phone with any one as I only leave with my son who is a year six months.

Clearly there is some thing wrong that MTN is doing. I would like legal steps to be taken and investigation to be made for this company.THIS IS REALLY A RIPE OFF!!!
