Air time and data not being loaded?

Dear MTN

I bought R105 of Data 300mb yesterday and R95 airtime. Today I have been cut off again as the Data was never loaded and the air time was used for data?

Your call centre tells me there something wrong with my phone? Where is the 105 rand of data as your call centre says its never been loaded yet I have received a sms but it's my phone? Are you going to refund my airtime you used as data?
This is great business I can see why Nigeria kicked you out of their country!! This is not the first time money just disappears into thin air with you guys? I have the same fight with my daughter's data that \was never loaded\". I given up on that problem...
You guys have lost a 16 year customer today if cant refund my money. And no I wont fax stuff off to places with more ***********s people that are going to do nothing about it. Fix the problem!!! R200 is alotmoney in my book.
"

Hello I pay U,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We apologise for your inconvenience experienced

Kindly be advised that the transaction that transpired on the 2016-04-02 13:15:12.0 for an amount of R95 was successful, however our system does reflect that the transaction of R105 at 2016-04-02 13:14 failed. In the event that a bank recharge transaction failed on our side, we require a bank statement to be sent through to MTN as proof that the recharge went through successful on the banks side but failed on the MTN's network. On the occasion that the funds were deducted from the bank but failed on the MTN's network, we credit you the value of the purchase. If the problem was with the bank's network then the bank reverses the funds back to your account.

You may forward the bank statement to the email address I have forwarded you. Please note the statement must be stamped by your bank.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Regards
Nompumelelo

Best regards,
