Aggrieved on suspension of my number I used over 20 years and total silent on the matter

MTN suspended numbers since 12 March 2022. at first i was **** to in the morning 7:20 that MTN technicians would resolve the matter in 2 hours. when i later followed around 10:30 i was notified that i needed to switch my phone of for 2 minutes. i later followed up again i was notified that the matter would be resolved around 19:00 pm.

the following day i called in the morning i was not told a number of MTN numbers were suspended and the matter would be resolved after 30 days. in the mean time I SUFFERING because of MTN unprofessionalism, torture and customer disrespect.

I have used this number for over 20 years. i cant communicate with my employer, i cant buy electricity, i cant bank i failed to collect my child from activity on Saturday because of MTN and risked my child wellbeing, on top of not being able to receive or make calls & texts.
