Today is the 3rd of December, I had made arrangement to pay my account because of arrears the arrangement was made with Carmen and conveniently they don't answer back, then you talk to 2 other people and they also get/see the payment and also say it will be unblock and after the whole day its still blocked. One person in particular who helped me after I has an outburts on her she helped me (Chantelle). Hope this will be sorted tonight 03/12/2020 - 17.38)
