agents clueless & misinform customers
<br> I called In to the contact centre last night, waited for 30mins on the line to speak to someone, she told me I have content services on my phone and thy taking R7.00 off everyday, this does not seem like the case as she gave me the code to remove this and It said I do not have any content services, I also had a problem with the Internet as I told her I have 491.37MB and I cant use the Internet. She said I have 2GIgs data and she will refresh my simcard on the network, I should put my phone off and on In the next 10mIns.. still not working neither did It show the 2GIgs I apparently had! Still not showing that, only after buying data of 100MB did my Internet work but when checking the balance It advised I have 696.37MB..STOP RIPPING ME OFF!!!! i have emailed mtn twice already with no response! I want this money returned ASAP!!!! and compensation as i should not be in this situation!

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of the breakdown in service delivery.
We see from our systems that there are several connections to the internet throughout the day and night, and this could be due to auto updates. These can be switched off with the following steps on your Samsung:
-Click on the Play Store icon
-Click on the three dashes at the top left hand corner next to Google play
A new menu will open up
-Click on Settings
-Ensure there is no tick next to Auto-update apps (if there is, un-select this option)
We trust all will now be in order.
