Agent refuses to be helpful

i complimented MTN here on Hello Peter. Today I called 173 because my phone was giving me problems. S'mangele said she had a solution. I asked her to repeat her solution. She refused. She says to me she can't repeat the whole thing and that there is something I must have heard. Why can she not just repeat the solution since I asked her politely to help me??? What nonsense is this????<br> I also sent an email of complaint (MTN REQ:***.) directly to MTN which was ignored. I now still have problems with the MTN service and I now am thinking twice about calling 173 because I have no desire to be subjected to rudeness. Calls are recorded. MTN can listen to the call and hear if the conduct of their agent is acceptable.
