Agent Kholofelo can't read

Absolutely useless. Over the course of a week, this agent: - Ignored direct questions multiple times - Refused to provide account records when asked repeatedly - Refused to escalate to a supervisor when requested - Appeared to actively avoid resolving the issue

I have never dealt with a more *********** customer service agent. Their reading comprehension is non-existent. I would repeat the same question across multiple emails and receive responses that had nothing to do with what I asked. It's like talking to a wall - a wall that somehow manages to make things worse with every reply.

MTN only took action after I threatened formal complaints. Even then, Kholofelo continued to obstruct.

Avoid MTN customer care via email. If you get Kholofelo, ask for someone else immediately.
