Agent hung up on me

Good day,<br> <br> My name is Lerato Nkelemba and my mtn number is ***. I'm an mtn client and very disappointed with the bad service I've received this morning at 09:00am when I called 808 number. I called in and spoke to one of the customer service agent and she did a security check with me and asked for my mtn pin and when I told her I didn't know it she blatantly hung up on me. I feel like she took the call personally without even knowing me and given me a chance. If this is the kind of service mtn provides then I'm better off with another network. I really need for mtn to take this matter further with the agent because if she continues with that kind of attitude then mtn will lose more clients.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br>
