Again the SMS demanding for payments - 2
I have previously reported on this same items. I was promised that nothing is wrong with my account but I am still getting the same SMS’s demanding payment on the 25th will a debit order is going off on the 7th of every month. I have received it on 9 and 10 January 2019. PLEASE stop these SMS and sort it out. If my account is up to date I am not supposed to get any SMS’s. PLEASE do not say to me it is a added service from MTN!

09 Feb 2019, 10:45Please take noted. I have requested that you DO NOT send me any SMS and also requested per phone. You can not send a sms saying that payment is due but also in the same breath say that the account is up to date. I am not going to ignore this sms on a monthly basis. At some stage you are going to decide to black list or I will find this out when I am applying for a loan. By reading the different reviews it is a possibility. Please it is not my PROBLEM if you changed your billing dates!!!
As you do not want to assist I am taking this issue further.

You can not send a sms saying that payment is due but also in the same breath say that the account is up to date. I am not going to ignore this sms on a monthly basis. At some stage you are going to decide to black list or I will find this out when I am applying for a loan. By reading the different reviews it is a possibility.
