Again, no service from MTN

On the 6 Desember 2018 I places this Hellopeter complaint, and received a message from MTN that someone will get back to me, but to date I'm still waiting for the call back???

On the 16th of November MTN called me regarding my upgrade. They said it would take 7 - 14 working days. I also received this message: Thank you for Upgrading with MTN, Your Ref number is UV(See in reference section) . For any queries please call ********** 241 Yesterday MTN called me AGAIN regarding a new upgrade and I said I already upgraded. Today when I called to ask when I'll receive my handsaid they just said the upgrade was declined by MTN. But why the Hell do you still call me regarding a new upgrade MTN??? I know from past experience contacting you are completely useless. But can you please just once show an ounce of customer service and let me know what exactly is going on.
