AGAIN NO SERVICE!

MTN did not inform me that they had taken over my account from Nashua Mobile so I kept receiving smses over the Christmas period saying my account was in arrears which I could not understand but as I was out of the country and required my phone to be working I paid 3 amounts of R 3200 in total to Nashua Mobile for my account - ***. Upon my return in January my contract was soft locked - I then found out that Nashua Mobile had not transferred the R 3200 to MTN when I forwarded MTN the proofs of payments of payments made to Nashua Mobile. The informed me they will ensure the funds are transferred by Nashua Mobile to themselves, My phone was again soft locked and MTN asked me to make a further payment of R 2288.92 on the 22nd January to un lock my phone while they waited for NASHUA Mobile to transfer the funds over to them or refund me. To date I have not received any funds from Nashua Mobile and MTN have once again cut my contract. I tried to phone MTN on numerous occasions and email but no response!!!!

Hello debbieswart,

Thank you for your post,

We apologise for the delayed response and for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note that the amount outstanding is for R 2,283.43, this is for the February and March invoices. Also note that the R3200.00 payment you made to Nashua is not reflecting on our system. Please resend the proof of payment so that this matter can be escalated to our banking team for the payment to be traced. You can fax the proof of payment to *** and quote the reference number provided below.

Thank you
