Again no action
Well we are now days down the line and no action as promised in MTN reply. I have now given 30 days notice to cancel my contract due to this and will be migrating this after plus minus 12 to 15 years of being with MTN and never taking a upgrade. the no action by Management is what happens all the time. This is what has been the case for years of requesting but Management still take their salary every month, Are they doing their job? Please look at what you on are charged per min. on contract and what a pay as you go is charged per min. Who is more valuable to MTN? This when I have not even taken an upgrade.
