Again MTN is Steeling clients money/airtime.
I have a contract with MTN which I manage my limits on a monthly basis. I get 5GB data with my contract and when that data is finished I then increase my limits in order to purchase a additional data bundle. This month when my data bundle was on about 100mb left I increased my limit by R100 and purchased a 1Gb data bundle for R99 which I was then prompted that I have insufficient airtime to make the purchase. At this time I thought nothing of it and just increased it by another R50 and made the purchase. but once that data bundle was done the same thing happened. I then called MTN and they just say your airtime went to out of bundle data costs. when I asked how is that possible when I had data I was told I never had any but I have R42 airtime. I then get off the phone and try purchase a 100mb data at R15 and it says insufficient airtime.
Its disgusting how a large company like MTN will choose to steel from there Customers!!! it would be great to get some answers on this from someone who knows what they are talking about and not just "um my system says I think it is"
