AGAIN!!!! MTN FAIL TO DELIVER AND TAKE MONEY THAT ISNT THEIRS

I dont even want to give any star. My previous review says business responded.... well yes they did and said they were investigating but since then nothing!!!!! NOTHING!! Useless. I rep**** to Willem Jnr Loots who sent me a mail giving him all the info... and since then MTN's WILLEM HAS BEEN IGNORING ME. I still have not received a credit for the overcharging in May, June and July AND I have still not received my double your data promo on 2 of my services AND I have still not been credited with my missing minutes on my ********** 114 number. The only thing that seems to have been done is that the invoices for this month are correct and we received our minutes correctly. I am so over having to run after MTN because the fail to meet their deliverables
