After sales service of MTN

<p>I took my Samsung S3 mini to the MTN service centre about 6 times for the a microphone fault. Each time they upgrade the software but do not resolve the microphone problem. The S3 mini phone is noted for its microphone fault. </p> <p>The phone is under warrantee and it is obvious that MTN ploy is to drag the timeframe beyond its warrantee. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
