After sale service

i bought a MTN steppa tablet from MTN Nicol Way Branch on the 04.03.2015. The device was working properly until recently that it has a charging fault. i have tried a set of different chargers but the device still refuses to charge. i then went to the above mentioned branch on the 09.06.2015 at 10:00am to lay a complain about the device. When i got to the branch, a lady by the name of Patience came to my assistance. I then explained the issue to the lady about the device and also explained to her that i have misplaced the main charger that came with the device but the same charger was working on another device however it does not charge on the one that i have. The lady then advised that if the is no fault found on the device, i will have to pay an amount of R350 for an assessment, she also mentioned that the fee is also charged as i do not have insurance on the device. Firstly, i was never told of any insurance that i need to take on the device. The sales person (Vincent Montshongwane) ONLY asked for a fee to buy a new simcard and airtime so that he can activate the device. I tried explaining that to Patience but she did not barge. i cant withstand such service from MTN. NEVER!!!
