After paying I'm being ignored

I spoke to a gentleman in April was told for a reconnection I need to pay R1676.00 end of April I said I couldn't at that moment we agreed that I pay half in April 30 R838.00 on the 25th I paid R850.00 when I was called by a ride agent in May I was told that for the reconnection I needed to pay about R4000.00 agent didn't want to listen to me he vut call. I sent his Ops manger a recording of the call as I was unhappy of the manner he spoke to me. I then spoke to Mdu who could not seem to be able to use a calculator. I sent an email to Bheki the Ops manger asking if I should go ahead and pay the R1150.00 which was remaining for reconnection which he was quick to reply and say go head. After I have paid he does not respond to my emails so now I can not do the reconnection when I call there office *** I am told that I need to pay R6000.00 for reconnection and since I spoke to Bheki I must speak to him but his not in. Now I'm confused what is this company doing cos every agent gives a different amount. MTN just never fails to disappoint even the companies there wrk with are cheats like them [Email Removed] ***. can't wait until contract is up
