After fighting you guys to cancel my contract, you continue to deduct funds ********ly. Please refund my money and stop it!

I trust that you’re well.

I just noticed that you guys are stilling deducting money from my bank account and you should be deducting anything after cancelation of my contract, effective July this year.

I specifically asked that you cancel everything which you confirmed to have been done.

To my surprise I checked my statement and it’s evident that you have never stopped deducting the R350. In August you were only meant to charge the R27 you charged and nothing else but it seemed that you charged the R350 and then again last month.

Please stop this and refund my R700 immediately.
