After cancelling my account and debit order almost a year ago they are still taking my money

However the problem is with Yello Data. Not with my MTN cell contracts.
Yello data is taking a debit order of R99. Each time I phone them, they tell me to e-mail my bank statament to them for proof that the debit order is going of. I have done this twice last year.
The debit order still went of and I have stop the debit order at my bank. It costs me R55. The debit order was stopped for 3 months. This happend twice. Now, the next three months has passed, and I had to stop the debit order again with my bank with the unnecessary bank fees payable again.
