after 2months later still disappointed

<p>ya neh mtn will take you for a ride. got an emaiil to inform me that my account has been removed from the legal department. but with mtn you can never be sure so i called mtn to check and gues what my name is still with legal. i am never using mtn again thy will lie to you send you **** emails and the customer service team is just useless. by the way why cant we contact mtn legal our self dont they have phone being a phone company and all. thy always tell you will will send a email to they. i got the email on the 18 april to today is the 04/05/2017 </p> <p>Please note account has been closed and a request has been send for ITC update.</p> <p>Thank you for your email.</p> <p>Kind regards,<br />Gemini Plaatjies<br />Legal Department<br />MTN SA</p>
