After 2 hours, cannot get hold of MTN and cannot get answer on line
<p>I have just called six different call centre / customer care options, all of them cut off during the call ( ********** , ********** , ********** , 808, ********** , 8084), and I have tried each different number numerous times. After listing to all the non applicable options and trying to select one that could be relevant, the line gets cut off, every time! With all the numbers! </p> <p> </p> <p> I have sifted trhough the website to try and help myself, but no answer either. All I want to do is activate roaming. After 2 hours of doing this on my day off, I dont think I can bear it any longer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking service, wish I had gone with Vodacom</p> <p> </p>

Still cant get hold of anyone a week later.
Julias you left me left me a reply, which didnt answer my question and still didnt send me a number to phone still, a week later. I responded to you privately, and dont have any answers or anyone to help me still Impossible to actually get any help anywhere. All the call centre numbers cut off after a few prompt selections
I give up, f%$#cking ridiculous , or rather NON EXISTENT service!
I even went in person to Sandton and they said they couldnt help me there as they didnt have the information to see whether I could roam in the US or not! Disgusting. If you dont actually have a call centre then dont accepct contracts and send people to Cell C or Vodacom
