We sincere apologized for any inconvenience incurred.
Please be advised down package migration can be done at the store, please visit the MTN store to assist you with the migration information on you request to down migrate , migration application will be needed to be completed. The promo fee will be carried over with the migration, some migration with the package will charge migration fee and handset device claw-back fee please ask the store to check this before the migration change is done and that you have agreed to it. Please confirm as well with the store if you will carry the current package balance over or will it be forfeited once the migration is done.
