affecting my credit score

I have been paying my account on time via debit orders, I was applying for car finance only to find out that account is in arrears, I sent proof of payment to the email provided by the call center agent and no one has bothered to assist me. I need you to update my account on credit bureau so I can continue with my vehicle finance.
